Ok, this is a really dumb question, but before you start ranting-- there was a video going around where someone got a mantis to eat a wart off their hand. Besides people talking about how it was unhealthy for the person, there were other people wondering if this was unhealthy for the mantis and I have to know- would eating a wart cause any problems for a mantis? I would think not because it's *human* papilloma virus, but at the same time it's virus infected tissue. So as someone who doesn't know a lot about entomology but likes bugs, would the mantis have any negative side effects from eating a human wart?
