my dress comes on monday and i think im going to hate it pls help

i bought my dress and rehearsal dress from Azazie and the rehearsal dress is here already and is actually awful.....

the photos didnt make it clear the dress has multiple layers and the top were see-thru, and it has pockets so theres just these giant pocket outlines on my hips that looks weird as heck and the breast seams are super uneven with a LOT of puckering.

i already set up the return for the rehearsal dress, but now im so anxious that the aurorie dress i dropped like $600 on is gonna show up and be just as bad. they didnt have a try on options avaliable for either specific dress, but I liked the quality of the fabrics I did try on so I was putting a lot of trust into this... wedding is in june so I really dont have time (or money) for big alterations

im not making a "big deal" of my wedding and everyone seems disappointed

idk if i need advice or just wanted space to vent but gosh im so frustrated.

my fiance proposed a year ago and up until the beginning of 2026 we had planned for an extremely private elopement, no family just 3-4 friends including photographer and officiant. in January we decided we're moving out of state at the end of our lease (Sept) so we decided last minute to do a bigger wedding and are inviting 80 people max.

we did a lot of planning in the past year without sharing with family or friends because theyd be excluded from the elopement, and now that we're having a bigger ceremony, folks and family especially are reaching out asking to help and I literally cannot think of anything. I can feel a lot of disappointment from the mothers especially. my mom is constantly telling my sister that I never tell her anything. she recently said she would reach out to my mother in law because "she probably knows more about the planning" than my mom. I tried to involve my mom by going dress shopping and she didnt seem to actually enjoy it, it felt like we had extremely different tastes and I tried on like 20 dresses in an hour. but at the same time my mother in law is asking why im not hiring a makeup artist or having a bachelorette party or bridesmaids and visibly disappointed about it. my mother in law only has sons and one already eloped without telling her so I feel like she was really hoping to be extremely involved in this wedding planning process.

im a very reserved/private person and im marrying my best friend, switching to a bigger wedding already felt overwhelming but i have no idea how to do this if I feel like im just disappointing everyone. im starting to wish we just stuck with a private ceremony and didnt have so much pressure to involve so many people.
