So, I tried to buy the painter boss paradise dlc of castle crashers but it's just not letting me do it, every time I try and buy anything it just doesn't let me and I don't know why.

I got 2 games on April 18 and I have no problem with them, but recently I got a game called Nocturnal that went for free this weekend and I got it without issue, but after I got the game, I literally can't buy anything and I don't know why

I contacted support but they told me the same thing twice, it's either because of a payment dispute or unauthorized purchased activity, but I haven't done any of that, I also got the same message from the same person both times

I don't know what should I do... I literally haven't done anything :(
