I'm attempting my first ever Uber Tristram and during my research I somehow didn't come across this. I'm having a ton of issues landing hits on Mephisto, I don't think survivability is an issue because I can last pretty long with fade up and I was even using healing potions for a while because I ran out of rejuve, but my hits are landing so sparingly. I'm level 94 Javazon playing offline using Andy's Visage, Enigma, Stormshield, Tstrokes, Gore Rider, Cat's Eye, Thundergods Vigor, 2/20 gloves, Ravenfrost, and a quad res ring. What is the best way for me to obtain meaningful attack rating so I can actually land hits? I was trying jab since it got me a bit more success than charged strike (I don't have sunder) and my Merc can't stay alive. He's wearing eth infinity, eth Andy's, and eth fortitude. I also have maxed penetrate so I'm at about level 29 penetrate. Or is there something else I'm missing? I have a life tap wand as well I'm using. Through luck I got him to 30% at one point but with misses after he healed back up and I ran out of pots.
EDIT: Finally got him but it was a mainly a combination of him not healing for long stretches whenever I'd die repeatedly and needed to run back to my body. That was painful, got a 19/10 Warlock torch. I'm just happy to complete it. Thank you so much to everyone who provided suggestions.
