I literally knew it, so many people have been weird towards me and most of them happen to be her little friend group.
For context, I (21F) started a new FAST FOOD job like wtf is it ever that serious, and my 40-50s female coworker has been telling people that I’m untrustworthy because I’m too quiet.
I mention the ages because this is not the first time I’ve gotten literally this exact thing from a different middle aged female coworker. Have you never met a quiet person? I’m not shy at all but I don’t talk a lot as that’s just my personality and has been for the past 20 years it’s probably not changing any time soon.
Like what do I do, its so weird cause she’s nice to my face even calling me ‘honey’ and ‘darling’, and I’m scared if I say anything to her she’s gonna run to the managers and involve the entire workplace, but also stop talking to me if you don’t like me?
The person who told me literally said she was judging before getting to know me so I can only hope that’s how other people feel, but literally what do I do in this situation.
