How do the Cpp FTOs shortlist the application form among all those 1000 students...

Do they shortlist by checking the 12th Marksheet?

Or any other Criteria... Or just a lottery (luck factor)

If they Check the Marks of class 12th...then how much marks will be enough?

Is there any Cadet who got under 90 or 80 percent in their 12th but still got selected for the Adapt and Written exam round?

I am really in big confusion right now...My budget is around 1cr... In that range i only get CAA CPP. If somehow i don't able to crack the Cadet exam, i don't want to waste any time and i will have to go for Conventional

Is it a good option?

How much time do a conventional student takes to get an Airline job who has done his TR and the one who has only Cpl ? (After completing their Training)

Please share your suggestions... It will be really helpful for me
