For context, I am an elite boxer and started using whoop to improve my sleep and overal performance.

I have tried the arm sleeve (its pretty tight), but honestly with the force of punching the bag or 1-1 exercises the sleeve just keeps coming down. I know about the bicep band, but honestly I think the same would happen or it would end up breaking.

For boxing specificly how well would you say the boxers would work to track the workout? I always manually start the boxing workouts.

Also wearing it on the wrist is out of the quesiton for me because of the wraps/gloves plus potentially just injure myself.
