Hi everyone, I’m sharing my personal experience with the Ultrahuman ring and the reasons why I would advise people not to invest money in buying this device.
I purchased the Ultrahuman Ring Air on 09/02/2026 and received it on 20/02/2026. From the start, I was very enthusiastic about it. I really liked it—it was comfortable, practical, and offered a lot of parameters to track.
For two months, the device worked well without any issues. Then suddenly, a few days ago, on 27/04/2026, it stopped connecting and recording data.
I immediately tried to contact support (having to wait hours and hours for a response) to understand what the problem was. They advised me to drain the battery completely to reset the ring and set up a timer to notify me when it reached 0%. I waited 2 days and tried reconnecting the ring to the app, but with little success. I contacted support again. The app connected me to a virtual assistant who told me that the battery drain hadn’t been completed because it had stopped halfway (which was not true). I pointed out to the assistant that it was incorrect, and it immediately apologized, said it might be mistaken, and that it would connect me with a real operator.
Once again, I had to wait hours and hours for someone to respond, and multiple times the chat was closed right when I asked for a refund. I started sending repeated messages to support stating that I was disappointed and felt scammed. At that point, they stopped replying and directed me to email to file a complaint, claiming they had too many support requests.
I patiently wrote a very long email describing everything that had happened, pointing out that many others had experienced the same issue, and demanding an immediate refund by invoking my consumer rights (I also mentioned I would take legal action if I didn’t receive a response or refund). They replied after a day asking for photos of the inner parts of the ring (which made me laugh… they were clearly stalling). Then suddenly, I received an email stating that I would receive a refund within 5 working days. As of now, I’m still waiting, but I think I’ve made progress.
CONCLUSIONS:
Guys, the product looks very nice and appealing, but it is absolutely not worth the price. Too many people have reported the same issues I experienced—loss of connection and an unusable device. Many have had to replace the ring multiple times, only for it to stop working again after a few months.
I’m writing this in the hope that it helps someone avoid making the same mistake I did. Don’t buy this product—it will only work for a short time, and you’ll end up struggling to get it replaced or refunded.
