I’ve noticed in the district I work at that people constantly referred to other people, regardless a position of authority or rank in file as their sorority or fraternity Brothers and sisters. I’ve also noticed that regarding promotions, etc. This is the second district. I’ve worked in where this has been prevalent. Can somebody explain the connection I’m aware of fraternity and sorority culture but I feel like it’s more prevalent in education is that just me?
