NDIS renting

I put my property for rent in Melbourne. My real estate agent found an NDIs provider. He is ready to pay one month rent in advance and standard rent. From my understanding, we can’t just rent out a property to the provider, modifications need to be made to standard home. They should be paying higher rent. I think the agent is trying to be a bit dodgy here. After NDIS frauds happening around I am a bit concerned about renting it to an NDIS provider. Can someone shed some light on this thing.

Hi All,

How is the job market for electrical engineers in Victoria now. I got nearly 6 years experience in major projects in Victoria and Queensland. I have started applying for of them from last week.

I have noticed that the job market is heading towards per-covid era competition. I still remember it can really hard to get even a small job around 2019. But borders were closed and after I graduated it was quite easy to find a job as an engineer, but now again when I try to change my job with elaborate experience around 5 years, i am finding it hard. Is it because of the large influx of migrants, offshore people coming on work visas. Will it get any better. I really want to shift my job. But it is really hard.
