A house we toured is listed on Zillow and their flyers they are giving out at the open house as 4br. In reality, it was originally a 4br and at some point someone opened up walls and made one of the bedrooms an open office. There are no doors (two separate openings places a door should be) and no closet.
I am wondering if they should really be listing as a 4 bedroom? or is it a sneaky way to get people in the door
