Home workout split ideas?
Hi! This may sound stupid but I am a beginner.
I've started my home workout journey earlier this year. Been semi-consistent, and what I mean is I do workout 3-5 times a week but not consistent in targeting a specific group of muscle. Sometimes I do arms and core on week 1, glutes and legs on the other, or whenever I just feel like it. I'm not counting my calories, but I've been eating lesser than before. I drink my homemade protein shake (no crea or anything) every after workout. But I don't notice any changes in my weight nor my body toned (obviously???)
I am a 5-foot-3 female, currently weighing 54kgs. I use follow-along workouts by MidasMovement, Daisy Keech, LeanBeefPatty, and JaneKate Fitness.
Anyone who can share their workout split and meals???
