2025 ioniq5 unable to update + maybe losing to much charge faster after ICCU change
We had the ICCU changed in february. After that new software update popped up but car is unable to update, it says 12v battery charge is too law. (Dealership says they have exchanged the 12v battery too.) See attached image of the 12v battery charge being low, im unable to update even in READY mode.
Additionally i think the battery is being drained too fast standing still. I had a week where i left it at the airport and it was just standing there, lost 31% in 7 days (it was around 0 degrees that time). Now it is much warmer , 10-16 degrees but it is still losing 3-4% /day. I don't know if the update problem is connected to this but i suppose there is an update loop and that might cause the drain.
We took the car to the dealership 2 times now and they investigated and told us there is nothing wrong with the 12v battery, it is in perfect condition. What should i do, has anyone experienced anything similar?
