Just received a letter for a hearing with the OIC. What can I expect to come out of this? I do have an attorney and just sent him the letter but, I am very impatient and anxious. Can anyone who has already attended this hearing give me some insight?

So when my real injury was discovered. I was denied surgery and any other treatment because they refuse to add it to my claim. I have an ortho appointment on 5/19 and they are stilling wanting me to keep this appointment. My question is who is paying for this appointment since I don't have health insurance?
So my fiancee has a closed childsupport case but, he owes back taxes from the state medical he was paying for his child. He expected his tax refund to be offset to the amount still owed. Weird thing happened the IRS sent a letter that they can't release funds until he updates his bank account information which he did. He hasn't received an offset letter either. On Monday I checked his transcripts which listed an 846 code. I looked for an offset code but, no offset code. He still hasn't received the money in his bank. Does this mean he will get the refund?
