Hi everyone,
I had a laser hair removal session a week ago. They used both Alexandrite and Diode (Ice Laser) on the same area (inner arm).
About 6-7 days later, this single, lentil-sized spot appeared. It was slightly elevated and covered with a silvery/white scale. I made the mistake of picking the scale off today, and now it’s pink, raw, and stinging (as seen in the photo). There was no pain or burning during the actual laser session.
I don’t have a history of psoriasis, but I’m terrified that this might be a Koebner phenomenon or a new onset of psoriasis. Could this just be a localized reaction/burn to the intense heat or nummular eczema?
Currently applying: Peptides, Ceramides, and Vaseline to keep it occluded.
What does this look like to you? Should I be worried about it spreading?
