can I get BIT full tuition scholarship?

Guys I have have terrible years after my high school , I am 2024 pass out, I applied for USA and got rejected twice and I am from Nepal. I have applied to two universities BIT and NTU. My high school gpa is 3.61 out of 4 and I scored 80 in physics and 72.5 in math.
