Hello,

I am wondering what restrictions a Peace Bond has for International travel and employment opportunities/ background searches? Her lawyer has said none but I know it can complicate things. Does anyone have any insight into this? The Peace Bond is for 4 years and her family lives in the US so seamless travel back and forth is a must.

To add to that- what would be the process to ask to have the Peace Bond lifted? Is this a thing and can it be brought up by the accused or does the victim have to initiate?
