Tl:dr: so far, so good, fingers crossed for the program to work 🤞

I started C25k after I realized I have become super unfit when my husband and I were running casually and I started having crazy chest pain and went out of breath in less than 5 mins. I had never run before but was relatively okay with strength training.

Today I completed w6d3. I have mild PTTD which first flared up earlier during 5 mins runs but today it only shows up towards min 18 and is mild enough today that I was still able to finish.

Did a tiny mini-party in my head once the 25 min run was complete. I would still say I am quite slow (avg pace 7:30) but I am okay with it. My priority now is to slowly fix the PTTD, I have bought some insoles, hopefully that+exercises should help.
