I NEED HELP ASAP!!!
So yesterday I met my girlfriends dad after 8 months of relationship. We have seen eachother multiple times but we never officialy met. He tested me in games and out of all games I performed the worst in Quake 3 Arena that is his favourite game so he told me to download it and play it until I beat Bot named Bones on nightmare! mode I guess thats the hardest and until I beat DeFrag STJ2 map which is easier for me cause I have alot of hours just for movement in gold source engine and source engine. And after all that we can 1v1 cause he spent his whole life playing that game. What I need from u guys is the best visual settings cause I cant see my enemy sometimes and maybe how to set resolution to 1920x1080 or 1440x1080 cause I do it in q3config.cfg but it just crashes and yes i did change r_mode to 3 and to -1 and it didnt work. Please help guys
