Sharing some drawings and designs I’ve been working on lately
It’s been a while since I posted here. Maybe some of you already follow me on my socials, but I wanted to show you guys some of my latest works. I’m not sure if they removed the option to add a caption to each picture, but I couldn’t find it, so I’ll leave some info about each one here.
Nimajita VS Uramote — a couple of Herajin OCs I got to draw as a commission. I was also in charge of giving some identity to the planet and designing part of its aesthetic for the customer’s lore.
Eis and Frost under Conton City's moon — got to draw them in this funny little scene during a Halloween night hoho.
Kokoye and Narikela using music as a spell — another drawing to deepen the lore for this customer. They are a couple of Konatsian OCs. This one was tricky to do, but I loved the result hoho.
Quinoa VS Spinosa — a couple of Brench OCs during an important battle that changes the course of their lives. Loved working on this one and adding some Star Wars vibes to it hoho.
Kob and Yohc — got to work on these nice guys as part of a “sheet” the customer wants for their OCs.
Akari and Puru — this couple of strong teenage Super Saiyans was so cool to work on. I love adding lighting and making these flashy types of commissions. They were commissioned a while ago, and I finished everything, but the customer’s account got suspended. I haven’t been able to contact them since, and they never replied at all. No clue what happened.
Kyanna & Alissa — second time working on these beautiful and strong ladies, a Saiyan and a Glind.
Nagi controlling the creature, Kanna — another funny scene I got to draw. That lady has a temper, haha.
Design for a Brench OC — he doesn’t have a name yet, but this is the first time I designed a Brench, and I couldn’t be happier with the result hoho. I carefully selected his color scheme, and we managed to combine all the variants I made for him into one final perfect version.
Okara meeting the Jinkanians — where the heck is she? This drawing was made for my fren Mike and for an important point in the lore we are writing together hoho. I tried some different coloring for the scene, inspired by the “harmony cels” from the anime — those final shots that took on a more traditional painted look to add a dramatic effect at the end of an episode. I want to try adding this style to future drawings. It was quite a task, but who cares.
Some kind of character sheet for Garlin as a baby, a character from my fren Mikey.
12 & 13. Garlin and Okara as kids — character designs and sheets I got to work on for future reference. I tried to follow the existing lore and deepen the meaning behind their adult designs. I also made a couple of variants for them too; you may check them out on my socials.
14 to 17. Designs for Garlin and Okara as Super Saiyan 4, both in the GT and Daima styles. As always, I kept thinking about how to connect the looks with the lore and give meaning to why they look the way they do. I got to give each variant a different approach without losing the identity they already have.
- “Take one and keep going” — made that nonsense because why not. Loved the original picture.
