Galaxy S23+. I use multiple languages on my phone, which I really value. But whenever I switch apps, it seems to prefer and revert to English.

In some use cases, it works well. For example, it seems to remember which language I'm learning in Duolingo, but in other cases, if I open, leave, and reopen a chat app, it goes back to English.
