Technical Reviewer Opportunity for an Upcoming Tech Book (Potentially Useful as Judging-Related Evidence)
Hi everyone,
A publisher is looking for a Technical Reviewer for an upcoming technical book.
The book uses PHP and Symfony as part of its technical stack, so experience with PHP/Symfony backend development would be especially relevant.
The role would involve:
- carefully reading the chapters
- checking technical accuracy
- testing the included code
- providing constructive feedback
- adding comments directly in the PDF chapters
This is not a paid role. As recognition, the publisher provides a free print copy of the book and includes the reviewer’s biography in the book’s front matter.
This may potentially be useful for someone building their professional profile, expert record, or immigration evidence, especially as a judging-related / technical review contribution. Of course, anyone considering using it for EB-2 NIW, EB-1A, O-1, or any immigration case should confirm with their attorney first.
If anyone is interested, feel free to DM me and I can refer you to the publisher.
