Globe At Home SIM experiencing signal issues
Hello, can anyone provide any suggestions on what to do?
Recently bought and registered a Globe at Home prepaid sim for my LTE modem.
Added load and subscribed to a promo (unli). Worked for a half a day and then nothing. No longer able to browse anything. No messages on the Globe One app either, just shows that I'm registered and that I have an actuve unli data promo.
Whenever I put the sim in my phone, it shows it's "connected" to 5G, but I can't search anything on google or load any websites.
It isn't area issue either since I have a regular Globe prepaid sim and that one can connect and use 5G with no problem.
Is this sim just broken? I already added 1k as regular balance through the GlobeOne app though, and I cant transfer it out or use them to buy promos for any other sim...
