Got my account hacked despite 2MFA enabled: they changed email, password and bypassed MFA, Even region? Im not sure.

My account is based off India/SEA and when they were bypassing, accessed via Russia and changed to NA acc as region. I have screenshots that I got on my email.

Reference ticket number i cannot access from my account: 126041092

I created a ticket and answered whatever I could remember. Then it later sends reference ticket number. I dont understand how I can access this when my account itself is compromised. I have raised 3 tickets now and I'm not sure what else to do.

Please help out if anyone had any inputs

How long do i need to wait for any response?
