I recently received an invitation to apply under OINP (ISS), which requires an ECA for my Bachelor’s degree.
I had already completed an ECA with WES before for IRCC, and I still have the downloaded report. However, after logging into the WES portal, my account seems to have been migrated but my previous ECA application is no longer showing. Right now, I only see my ICAP evaluation (for education purposes), but not the ECA report I used for IRCC.
Because of the deadline, I went ahead and ordered an upgrade from ICAP to ECA, but I’m not sure how long that will take. I’ve also contacted WES support but haven’t heard back yet.
Has anyone experienced the same issue with the new WES portal?
- Were you able to recover your old ECA?
- Or did you have to reorder it?
- How long did it take?
Any advice would be really appreciated since the timeline is quite tight.
