So Odd And Just Finding This Out

Hi everyone. I’m wondering about what I can do at this point— while every order except my most recent has been fulfilled, I wasn’t made aware of the fact that nearly all of my orders through CB Direct (USA), except my very first order, is listed on my account. I’m at this point grateful that I refuse to delete emails, because, wow…..

While not the most concerning thing in the world since my orders have been fulfilled, I would’ve liked to see my most recent order of Feldspar considering he was a bit expensive for me (I bought him as a treat) and has been in pre-shipment since Thursday morning (ordered late Wednesday night). Not saying I’m impatient (gonna be honest, yes I am impatient, but I’m more along the lines of very excited since he’s my first CB dragon), and it could be due to the fact I’m not a part of a membership, club, or even the fact I ordered three days after a supposedly huge thing had dropped and they’re still fulfilling orders (my algorithm for CB social media is extremely funky).

I’d contact customer sevice on the issue about my nonexistent order history, but from what I’ve gathered info-wise on Reddit and other sites, the US customer service reps are supposedly quite rude, and I’d rather not go through the ordeal of it.

But is this normal for anyone else? ☹️
