I finally understand
I always wondered why I kept coming back to play the entire trilogy , at least once or twice a year since the first mass effect came out. Sure , it’s a fun game and I do love the story , but even after I play I’m always disappointed with the ending because of constant thoughts of “what could’ve been” or “what should’ve been”.
I realize that it’s a constant battle with my own thoughts . I keep coming back because I don’t have the satisfaction of a proper ending , even if I full paragon/ renegade with 8000+ assets and get the “perfect” ending .
Now do not get me wrong , I love this game to death and I don’t think we will ever get something similar . But as time goes on and I hear more news about “mass effect 5” , I can’t help but worry that it will not be something we will enjoy or something that will not even give us proper closure of the trilogy.
