I'm definitely considering one of these if we have another baby, curious to see more of the green color in different lights.
Just looked at a place there for myself, my wife and our little baby son and possibly even one more baby. Looks like a really cool area and has good schools too.
Currently live in a condo in downtown Oceanside which we love but we want to get in a better school district.
Anything anybody want to share about this complex? Realtor said we could install an EV charger at our two parking spaces which is nice. Looks like a lot of units have solar.
How disturbing is the train horn noise? Does it blast every time? I feel like I heard the train rumble by when we were there with no horn but the agent sent us a video of the place where you can hear the horn. Door was open though.
I don’t mind the rumbling at all that wouldn’t bug me.
