I have a 2010 venza v6 awd with 257000km. Around 150000 kilometers I had the diff axle seals replaced due to leaking. Over the last 1000km I have noticed a low humming sound developing and it currently starts at around 60kmh and 40kmh when warm. The sound isnt extremely loud but gets louder with speed . I put the transmission into neutral and the noise was still present. All I can tell for sure is that the noise is coming from the near. I notice the noise better with the windows rolled up. I jacked both sides up and there was no play in the wheel bearing when I rocked them at 3 and 9.
