Hi, I have a problem with the battery management on my 13” MacBook Pro (2019).

Every time I try to use it, I turn it on and see the symbol indicating that the battery is empty, even though it’s fully charged. Then I log in with the charger plugged in, and it shows a battery percentage above 50%. If I unplug the charger, it works correctly as long as I don’t shut it down.

The issue is that every time I lock or turn off the computer, I have to repeat this process. This makes it completely dependent on the charger, even though the battery is in perfect condition.

Any idea what this could be or how to fix it?
