Hey, I'll be starting my computer science bachelors in September and I was wondering, like where are all the resources?? ..

Are there no repositories where students upload pdfs of courses, lab tasks etc. ? I just have a lot of time this summer and I know I'll need to prepare a bit in advance cause I learn really slowly.

Eu citizen so no first year housing guarantee, will i have better luck at finding a decent room since I’m employed full time in the Netherlands?
Does anyone have any tips for me to find rent?

Also I’m 23, will that affect my chances negatively ?since my future roommates are most probably gonna be younger.
