• Room with dedicated bath (just outside the room) — ₹19,000/month
• Society maintenance ~₹6–7k, split equally among all 3
Wardrobe, AC & geyser already in the room. Remaining furniture via Furlenco (~₹3–4k/person/month) for a few months, after which the owner will fully furnish — fridge, washing machine, sofa, dining table, TV, microwave, beds & more. 🎁
2 months security deposit. Min. 1 year stay preferred.
