People are saying to get the Blu Ray versions if possible so my question is. Does this include every episode and bonus content from the 9th and 10th doctor?

I saw these on Amazon and was curious about something. Do these collections actually have all episodes for these doctors? I was gonna go back to HBO MAX and do a rewatch but I just found out it got taken down. Is there also a way to buy collections of the older doctors?
