So guys I work every Friday Saturday in the booth of the main stage in a nightclub type venue. Ive been here for a year and the place counts on me to show up and run the bands independently.

Outside of live mixing I do some installs, repair, and custom fabrication here. This type of stuff I have much more expirence with.

We are located in a hogh cost of living area where $25 an hour is the minimum living wage according to Google.

I'm not expecting to make a ton doing this and I have several other jobs. Just looking for some honest advice.

My question is: What do you think a guy like me should be getting paid?
