RG35XXSP takes longer to boot than other XX devices

I have 3 XX devices (Cube, 34XX and 35XXSP) and the 35XXSP always takes longer to boot, I've tried good and bad SD cards, different custom firmwares but I get the same result every time. Any similar experiences? Could it be a bad unit, or maybe a specific thing with the clamshells?
