Hi everyone,

I’ll be completing my MBBS ESIC internship soon and wanted some real-world input from people who’ve already done it.

My priorities (in order):

•	Good clinical exposure

•	Moderate workload (not looking for a super chill place, but not burnout-level either)- fixed duty hours preferred

•	Urban posting / city-based hospitals

•	Safety & accommodation (female-friendly)

Preferences:

•	Open to anywhere in India, but prefer cities

•	Comfortable with English, Hindi, and Tamil

•	Night duties: once in \\\~2 weeks is okay

•	Accommodation: ESIC accommodation preferred, but self-arranged is also fine if the area is safe

•	Stipend expectation: \\\~₹1 lakh/month

•	Might consider breaking bond if the posting turns out to be unsuitable

Future plans:

•	Likely to go abroad (US / Canada / Australia / UK – not finalized yet), so not hardcore NEET-PG focused right now

I’d really appreciate inputs on:

•	ESIC hospitals with good learning + manageable workload

•	Hospitals that are female-friendly and safe

•	Places to avoid due to toxic work culture / insane workload

•	Actual duty hours vs what’s officially mentioned

Would love to hear honest experiences 🙏

Thanks in advance

TLDR

Regarding 1-year ESIC MBBS bond. Looking for city-based ESIC hospitals with good clinical exposure but moderate workload, female-friendly & safe, night duties \~once in 2 weeks, stipend \~₹1L.Any hospitals to recommend or avoid based on real experiences?
