Is there a right time or period na maghanap ng job locally or internationally?
Hello po, gusto ko po humingi ng insights niyo.
I'm in my first employer for almost four years, a local firm. Mostly accounting and internal audit ang hawak ko then this year lang ako nag-experience ang external audit kasi iba na yung inassign sakin na clients. I'm also a CPA nung December 2025 pa.
Pero this year balak kong lumipat ng company because of career growth at di na sustainable and fair yung sahod, especially short-staffed kami ngayon.
Plano ko sanang maghanap ng trabaho around October 2026, kasi feeling ko ayun yung nagsisimula na maghanap ng mga companies ng applicants because of the Board Exam. That is, for locally. Di ko alam paano sa international companies, may best time ba sila to apply? Or dapat earlier na? Aware din ako na mahirap maghanap ng pag-applyan ng trabaho lately.
Yun pa lang naisip ko para makapagplan na ako ahead. I really like my current work pero feeling ko di ako mag-gogrow, career and salary-wise hahaha, and di ko na rin nagusto yung working environment.
