Looking for advice, I had a baby, needed a bigger car, got a vw Tiguan. Dash lit up like a Christmas tree within 6 months. Cars worth what I owe (without mentioning the lights lol)

I found a 2019 JL sport S, 3.6l 48k miles, 1 owner, some spot rust that's been pained over on door hinges, underneath looks good. Car has clearly been babied. Drives well, took it on highway etc. Little under 24K out the door.

I'm not made of money, but I want one so bad!! Increases my payment $80 or so, still under $500 but also

I just keep thinking to myself
"Will I regret not getting the wrangler at 25? toddler giggling in the wind?" I know I'm living in the good old days right now.

I'm 24F, and to give a quick timeline rundown of the last 6 years of my life I graduated high school into covid, started community college in 2021, in 2023 started ultrasound tech program, left after 1 semester due to pregnancy complications, 2024 had a stillbirth, 2025 had a live baby, 2026 graduating community college with an associates in English (in about 2 weeks)

I have been a SAHM while living with my grandma and my boyfriend supports us. (just me and the baby, my grandmas fine lol) We don't even make enough to live on, so it's time to make a change. I do not want to put my child in this position, ever!

Boyfriend works a crazy blue-collar job that has to do with public safety so he cannot leave work on a whim, legally. His days off are rotating but usually midweek. Works all three shifts.

That being said, I've always been interested in the medical field, considering LPN or RN, but i'm worried about the commitments of childcare and a bf who cannot comply. Was in the ultrasound tech program, but it's very full time and I have the same concerns.

Despite my lackluster typing, I'm capable of comprehending just about anything. But I'm so out of touch with job market and availability and.... I don't even know what jobs exist or what possibilities are around. But I know I can't just be an undecided leach my entire life.

I have job experience in working with disabled children, respite working with disabled adults (I don't want to do this as a career), print design, large scale Xerox productions and small marketing.

Also important to add, I've been "employed" doing respite care with my adult sister. So my resume is filled with no gaps.

What should I do? or where should I start to figuring it out for myself?
