I live in Maine. New Hampshire just did away with their inspections. So now ontop of uninsured drivers its going to be even more unsafe nh vehicles on the road.

Everyone says that there is no difference between states with and without inspections. I'd wager that equipment failure isn't labeled as the cause of accidents enough which skews the numbers.

So I ask, with all of these cords showing, below the wear lines for over the year, dry rotted nightmare tires we see here. How many are from states without inspections?
