I’m about a month into CrossFit and loving it, but some of the leg days are bad. Wall balls are probably the worst and box jumps, lunges, rowing, or step-ups into the same workout and my legs are gone.
I’ve been trying the usual stuff like stretching, walking the next day, drinking more water it helps a little. Do you guys use anything for recovery after these? Compression socks, boots, massage gun, anything like that? Or is this just normal beginner CrossFit pain and I need to adjust?
