I have had great service by Fifty410 and never had any issues. That is until today. Received my medication about an hour ago and everything was warm - freezer pacs completely defrosted and warm to the touch, as is my medication. i sent them a note in hopes we can exchange the meds. This happen to anyone else here? What was the outcome?
