Hello,

I am not too sure what happened. I made an order to the location I am at. While I was checking out, the app glitched, and suddenly I was charged for an order I never made to a location I'm not at​. It won't let me cancel the order because "it is already being prepared."

The "order details" says to visit the location to request a refund, but I have no way to get to that location because I didn't place an order there??? I have no car and I don't have the money to buy two lunches (since my original order didnt go through). Is there anything I can do?
