My husband and I uploaded all our documents and submitted on 27th April. We were just waiting for his recent tax returns and uploaded as soon as they came. How long will it take to get DQ?

My previous TRV was applied as a family in 2023 with my mother as the main applicant. It was rejected on the basis of weak ties to homeland as my mom has siblings in Canada.

Now I’m applying alone, without my husband, without my parents for a brief visit to attend a wedding. In the application, I mentioned that it was rejected in 2022 and stated the reason and said I’m now applying with stronger ties and better documentation. Is this enough?

I know a lot of lawsuits are going on and no one can say anything for sure but if people who know better or are studying things more keenly can give a realistic timeline for when the visas may continue or pause may lift, it would be very helpful. Thanks in advance
