Hey , anyone has experience on the terrain ? Unfortunatelly 2 weeks before my camino my trail shoes damaged and now i have to walk on adidas road trainers . Do yoy think it will be fine ? Do i have to exclude spiritual variante ?

I just bought Trabuco 14 ( not goretex) and the arch support feels too agressive after some kilometers. I remove the midsole and now are perfect. Any ideas of with what i could replace the original midsole? in order to avoid blisters because of rubbing with the stiches of the shoe but at the same time have protection on heel and whatever there was
