Hi everyone, we’re tourists from Germany visiting your beautiful city, and we’re wondering what’s going on over on "De Keyserlei" (street). There’s a group of teenagers (at least 30 persons) running back and forth, shouting and filming something. According to our waiter, this happens almost every weekend. Is this a TikTok challenge or something like that? It all seems pretty strange.
