I’m at a loss. To keep it brief I’ve an extensive history of knee dislocations/ subluxation in both knees, the left always being worse and requiring more surgeries. A couple years ago I got a femoral oesteotomy and I feel since then my leg never bounced back. I do your typical pt (wall sits, glute bridges, step ups etc.) on days I don’t go to the gym. I do full leg days including rdls and leg press. I cycle 7 miles/ 30 minutes once or twice a week and swim 600 meters weekly or fortnightly. My right leg feels strong and stable, however I still can’t stand on my left leg with a slight bend. I had the oesteotomy hardware removed and I feel that helped but I then broke the knee cap and had more hardware put in. Please help me I fear I’m doing something wrong and i can’t find it in me to keep going at this stage in my journey as my injuries just keep recurring. It’s affecting my mental health greatly.
