Some days go swimmingly - I get up early and have both workouts, the reading and my progress photo done by 10am. And with a fridge full of nutritious meal prep!

And then there are days like today where it’s 6pm and I’m only halfway through my water. No workouts done, no reading done, no progress photo taken, diet saved by the fridge full of meal prep (thank you, past me).

There‘s no doubt in my mind that I’ll make it to day 76 but I was really hoping this challenge would force some routine into my life. Any ADHD-ers in here with tips to share? Would appreciate it!

For now, I’m off to get my outdoor workout done! #Day25
