I’ve tried different birth control pills, doxycycline and I’m currently doing a small routine of 0.025% tretinoin every 3 days.

I also love milk but after reading this sub I’ll be sadly stopping that addiction + eating whole foods

I’d love to hear advice if someone has had alike adult hormonal acne!
