Thankful no one is buying the “white woman tears”
As a POC whose has brushed shoulders working in the entertainment industry, I can’t tell you how many Blakes Ive come across - extremely entitled, bully-like demeanor, aware and bragging of their own privilege in being conventionally attractive and wealthy and white - who try to act as victims and minorities when they are held accountable for their actions.
it’s truly shocking to me that so many people seem surprised that Blake was capable of her behavior. The only people who seem to be defending her still are ironically other white women.
Don't get me wrong - I do think that she has suffered an insane amount of misogynistic ridicule in some of the name calling/ threats she received on social media that is deplorable. I just think that so often in society and sadly some of my experiences , women like Blake are often able to get away with murder for their poor behavior and mistreatment of others - especially those they feel are beneath them.
