I’ll preface this with saying I’m an elementary teacher. I’ve been working on my fieldwork hours since August 2025. My work environment has become very toxic and I need out. What are some jobs I can look for that can replace my current salary (~$60k) and also work for obtaining the remainder of my hours (around 1000 hours).
